This safe will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery. Please note:
- A white glove delivery team consists of at least two people so you will not be burdened with carrying your safe from the back of the truck to your home.
- Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery.
- You must inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage or if you are concerned there may be damage, please write "Product Damaged" on the sheet you are asked to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to resolve the problem.
We offer 2 levels of service for this safe: Bronze and Gold. Bronze is your default shipping method; if you wish to upgrade to Gold you may do so during checkout. Please read the service descriptions below to determine which level is best for your needs.
White Glove Bronze (default)
- Delivery to: Inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage, the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage, the product will be left in your front entrance. The product will not be carried up stairs. If you live in an apartment above the first floor of a building, we recommend upgrading to Gold.
- Assembly Service: None
- Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.
- Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
- Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
- Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

The workmanship, fit, and finish of the safe is beautiful. I ordered matte paint and it looks superb. I don't really like the HUGE unlocking lever. It is a 12" diameter 3-pointed star. I think a much smaller lever would have been nicer.I wanted the safe for valuables and not guns. and the downside is that there are no interior options when ordering. It comes with a handful of carpet-covered particle board pieces to hold a bunch of long guns and some ammo. The pieces do not connect together (no pegs, dovetails, etc) nor do they connect to the safe interior. When assembled, the vertical center piece sits on the floor of the safe and touches the back wall.The half-width shelves sit on metal tabs which are inserted into punched plates on the walls and on the vertical center, like you would see in an adjustable stereo rack or bookcase. The problem is that if you wiggle anything, the whole assembly comes crashing down since the vertical center piece is not anchored.There was one full-width shelf which was perfect for my needs so I called the manufacturer to order a handful of them. They are $25 each [...]. OUCH! If I had the equipment, I could have cut a couple pieces of plywood down to size myself.As long as you have your eyes open and know that you may need to spend some add'l $$, this is a great product.
Service and delivery comments:
It took a few times to get the safe delivered. I ordered white glove delivery. UPS freight called to set up a delivery time then showed up at my door with the safe on the truck and told me I needed to unload it myself.
I refused delivery and called EverySafe. They said that they would fix the problem. I got a call from UPS freight the next day and they were ready to deliver again - on the truck. I told UPS to cancel delivery and return the safe.
EverySafe got it right the third time and the movers were as nice as they could be, putting the safe exactly where I wanted it.
